New CQC system powered by ASDevices technologies in Asia

The semiconductor market is continuously looking for better analytical performance and better-quality products. For that very reason, our Asian partners have delivered all of that based on ASDevices innovative technologies. The analytical system, which is made of two main iMOv chassis and one iMOv auxiliary chassis, measures UHP gases for different sample streams.

Using our innovative iMOv modular GC platform, the analytical system not only provides the analytical measurement, but also automatically controls the entire sampling system using our sub-modules. ASDevices technologies are the future for this type of measurement. The high performance of the enhanced plasma discharge (Epd) sensing technology, combined with the high reliability of the purge lip sealing valve (PLSV) technology and modularity of the iMOv platform are what makes this a leap forward in this field.
