Hydrogen purity analysis

The first process GC solution for hydrogen fuel cell analysis

With its highly sensitive, solid-state, patented enhanced plasma discharge (Epd) detector, its ultra-reliable sulfur version purge leap sealing valve (PLSV) and a robust GC platform, this is the first fully validated, process-oriented GC solution for hydrogen fuel analysis. Unlike laboratory-type solutions that require complex detectors such as sulfur chemiluminescence detectors (SCDs) combined with a sample concentrator, this solution has been designed to run 24/7, with low maintenance costs.

Dissolved gas analysis (DGA)

A new level of safety

The dissolved gas analysis application needed to be more sensitive, reliable, and above all, safer. Traditional solutions relied on the combination of a thermal conductivity detector (TCD) and an FID (flame ionization detector), but the FID had failed in many cases because the transformer had exploded due to poor C2H2 detection. We started working with our customers that were seeking out a more sensitive solution, particularly for the measurement of C2H2. With our proprietary, patented enhanced plasma discharge (Epd) sensing technology and enhanced limit of detection (LOD) algorithm, our solution provides a greater level of safety in dissolved gas analysis.
